Throughout the year, participants will have opportunities to learn, build, collaborate, earn industry credentials, complete real-world projects, connect with mentors and industry leaders, strengthen their leadership and communication skills, and gain tangible proof of what they can do.

Frontier is built for people who are ready to actively participate—not simply enroll. Participants are expected to show up, engage, complete the work, build relationships, contribute to projects, and take advantage of the access available to them.
